Job Description
We are looking for a technically capable Process Automation Analyst (SharePoint & Workflows) to design, build and support digital solutions that streamline and automate business processes across the AVI Group.
This role sits at the intersection of business process analysis, workflow automation and platform enablement. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to translate operational needs into well-governed, scalable automation solutions; with a strong emphasis on SharePoint, Workflow Platforms and ITSM-aligned processes.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex, manual processes into practical, well-structured digital workflows that improve how people work.
Key Areas of Impact:
- Engage with business stakeholders to analyse, document and improve business processes
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Design, build, maintain and support:
- Workflow automation and form-based applications
- SharePoint architecture and productivity solutions
- ITSM-related automation and enablement solutions
- Support and optimise existing workflows, forms and platforms, including troubleshooting and enhancements
- Ensure all solutions align with governance, security standards and architectural best practice
- Collaborate with Technical Analysts, Infrastructure Architects and external vendors
- Produce clear technical documentation and user-facing process guidance
What It Takes to Succeed:
Technical Environment & Skills
You should have solid hands-on experience in several of the following areas:
- Workflow automation and form-based solution design
- SharePoint architecture, sites, libraries, lists and custom components
- C#, ASP.NET, PowerShell, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- REST APIs and object-oriented development principles
- Relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL or PostgreSQL)
- Automation platforms such as K2 and/or Nintex
- Exposure to ITSM processes and platforms
Qualifications & Certifications that will contribute to your success:
- Diploma in Information Technology or similar
- Approximately 3 years’ relevant experience in process automation, workflow development or productivity solutions
Additional Requirements that will enhance your impact for success:
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar automation-focused role
- Strong hands-on experience with K2 and/or Nintex workflow platforms
