The Role:
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our Rosslyn Snacks team. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you’ll oversee quality control functions, manage a team of QC Technicians, and ensure the highest standards in product testing and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shift schedules and assign tasks to QC Technicians.
• Control of non-conforming products
• Manage customer complaints investigations.
• Ensure quality process control checks are carried out and logged in SAP/SHOPWARE.
• Lead colour standards and tasting processes.
• Maintain and calibrate QA lab equipment.
• Conduct training for direct reports, including CCP training and Induction when necessary
• Support QMS initiatives (HACCP, audits, document control).
• Ensure GMP compliance and oversee housekeeping in QC areas.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a QC/QA Supervisor role in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Experience in a unionized environment.
• Tertiary qualification in Food Technology or related field (National Diploma/BTech/BSc).
• Knowledge of FSSC 22000, SAP proficiency, and statistical analysis skills.
